01. Introduce yourself? My name is David Langlois. I'm originally from Montreal, Canada. 2 years ago I decided to sell my house, buy a sailboat, and live on the ocean. Without knowledge about sailing, I completed a 40-hour course in sailing. I then sailed from Montreal to the Bahamas in search of a simpler life. I anchored in Bimini and began to work with humanitarian causes. After about a year of doing so, a photographer named Danny Cardozo scouted me while in Bimini for work, and that began my modeling career. He recommended I move to Miami so I followed his suggestion. I anchored my sailboat in Biscayne Bay, just right across from my agency, and began working on my book right away.
02. How was your childhood? Since the age of 12 years old, I have worked hard for everything I've ever needed. At 19, I purchased my first home. I worked straight through without ever taking a vacation until I "retired" and became a sailor.
03. The Best Memory? The best time of my life so far was my journey from Montreal to Bimini to pursue my new dream of living in my sailboat and a new lifestyle.
04. Why are you interested in modeling and fashion?(being model story) I really enjoy modeling because it has allowed me to travel, meet very nice people and I like the artistic side of photography.
05. You work full-time or Part-time? Modeling is my full-time job.
06. Currently, Do you follow other jobs? When I'm in Bahamas I do some humanitarian work.
07. How do you feel in fashion? Stressed or comfortable? I feel comfortable in fashion.
08. Your best backstage memory? Feeling the rush of adrenaline before going out in front of a crowd is an awesome experience always. Keeps it exciting.
09. “Fashion World” in your idea just in a word? Possibilities.
10. Negative and Positive Effects of Fashion? A negative aspect of fashion is the misconception that models have it very easy. It's definitely a job that requires much trust, dedication, consistency, professionalism and persistence. A positive aspect is that modeling can become a powerful vehicle for growth opportunities worldwide. In terms of appreciation, we are surrounded by beauty and art.
11. Has Fashion and Modeling influenced to your lifestyle? It has. It’s affording me opportunities to travel and discover new cultures.
12. Describe your lifestyle? I am a very committed individual. When I pursue something, I give it my all. My current lifestyle involves taking care of my health, body, fitness and learning how I can be of maximum value to the brands that hire me. In addition, I am very conscientious of the planet and make choices that are beneficial to myself and the environment.
13. If you were not a model, you will be? A captain of a ship, or diving instructor.
14. How much you laugh every day?:) I laugh everyday, often. I can't spend a day without laughing.
15. Which things make you feel happy? Nature. Freedom. Helping others.
16. Driving fast or driving normal? Both. Driving fast for the rush, the feeling. Driving normal for enjoying the ride, seeing the world.
17. The sport that you follow seriously? Free diving and spearfishing
18. Your first fashion work? A campaign for Americanino jeans.

21. Favorite Season in Montreal? Fall. Because it’s not hot and still have so many festivals and activities.
22. Favorite Activity in Montreal? Tam Tam Festival. It’s every Sunday during the summer everyone come over to play music and other activities.
23. Favorite Downtown restaurant in Montreal? Au Noir. It’s a restaurant who every servers are blinds and you eat in the darkness :o 24. Do you cook? I love to cook.
25. Which recipes you do the best? I try to never repeat the same recipe twice

27. How do you feel about Nature? I'm most comfortable in nature, and the ocean.
28. The best and wonderful place that you see in nature? Bahamas for the sea corals and sharks. Colombia for the forest and mountains.
29. Gold or Diamond? Gold.
30. Cactus or Flower? Flower.
31. Mountaineering or Rock Climbing? Both amaze me.
32. Surfing or Boating? Both. Prefer sailing to boating.

36. Your last gift to someone? My time. I think time can be the most expensive gift to give to someone ....

38. how do you like your coffee? I don't drink coffee.
39. Tell a short story in 2-3lines by using these 5 words? (Catwalk, Flowers, leather coat, blueberry, Spring) After my last catwalk, I put the designer's leather coat back on the rack. Then, With a spring in my step, flowers in my hand and Blueberry Mountain playing on my iPod, I headed out to meet the woman of my dreams.

41. Define Prestige and How do you feel about this international modeling magazine?:) I'm grateful for the opportunity to be featured as a cover model of Prestige. It's a publication synonymous with luxury. While I'm simple in my personal lifestyle, I appreciate and value luxury brands. Particularly in my industry as a fashion model.
